1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Apply Orbit, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old—or older if required by local law—to create an account.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Service Description

Apply Orbit automates job‑application workflows, including filling forms, uploading documents, and generating cover letters.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans renew automatically at the selected interval (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of first purchase if fewer than 50 applications were submitted.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the résumé, cover letters, and other materials you upload. You grant Apply Orbit a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use this content solely to provide the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false or misleading information.
• Do not reverse‑engineer, probe, or interfere with the platform.
• Do not violate laws or third‑party terms (e.g., job‑board rules).

8. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and content (excluding your uploads) are owned by Apply Orbit SAS or its licensors.

9. Third‑Party Services

Apply Orbit integrates with external sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job offers or interview invitations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apply Orbit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Apply Orbit against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these Terms. You may terminate at any time via Account → Delete Account.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Paris, France.

15. Changes to Terms

We will notify you at least 14 days before changes become effective. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
